Any new breakthrough in keeping cats out of my raised bed?

Now that ive hoed it nicely and planted they think its a big litter box...there are so many cats in this trailer park almost every time I look in the yard there is a cat there. And they have dug up a few of my seedlings. There are probably as many cats as people here no joke.
