What do i say to her? how am I supposed to deal with it?

my best ( i mean BEST ) friend was talking sh*t about me to our friend Criss's girl. She blamed me for her and Stace not being friends. I haven't done anything to make her think that, is she just making an excuse? what can i say to her? I don't wanna ruin our F/S though
