Follow up on my proposed Manila Observation Tower?

Consider then all noted. allow me to explain though, that this speicfic tower i am proposing will be done on a reclaimed land back of the exisitng Manila Yacht Club. Reclamation is part of my proposal, I have consultants who from the Dubai reclamation who is helping me with the research. I finalized it to put in Manila Bay bec its one of the best natural harbors in the world, also, from that specific site, the vista is spectacular ---> our future (makati skyline), our hero (rizal monument), our architectural heritage (intramuros and old manila, and even the island of corregidor (our past) is being projected to be visible at a certain altitude. I also want my tower to have an eternal picturesque view against the famous sunset of Manila Bay. A tower on reclaimed land has already a precedent, the Macau Tower, which is why i am certain this project is possible. Please let your comments come in. Thanks a lot!
