Should i try and get over her?

i met the most amazing girl about 5 mnths ago, we got on so well and spoke to each ova every day constantly, and wud sit up to the early hrs of the mornin just chattin, she ended up gettin a bf after i was a huge jerk to her :( i actually love her so much. neva felt like this b4. i wish i hadnt hurt her. i dont wanna move on, i actually NEED her, how do i get her back? :( or wot shld i do?
