Close to ancient forests, the Downs, South Downs Way (walking trail), miles of beaches, M23 and M25 within easy reach, Heathrow is about 50 minutes away and Gatwick is about 20 minutes away. The train takes about 30-45 minutes into London Bridge or Victoria. Jobs are plentiful at Gatwick, or at various business centres in the area, or by commuting to London. Also easy access to the Continent by ferry or Chunnel.
