While cooking, i drank from chicken broth when chicken was uncooked, is this harmfull?
Chances are you'll be just fine. If the broth/water was already piping hot (boiling) then it probably killed whatever would've ailed you. Honestly, chicken gets a really bad rap for salmonella. Sure no one wants cross contamination and the risk of getting sick. However, more people get sick with salmonella outbreaks on things like eggs, packaged raw spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts at salad bars...yeah, seriously. Just do some searches and you'll see some of the largest more recent outbreaks didn't involve chicken/poultry meat.
