Can i use .25g bbs in a gun that says- 410 FPS (0.2 g BB) ?

Yea, unless it's spring and says that the hop-up is SPECIALLY for .2 bbs. And the bbs are still 6 mm. But the bb won't go as fast, though it might go as far. It increases accuracy to a distance.
