I have had a sore throat for 10 days painful and need a solution to it.?

I have had a sore throat for 10 days the first 3 days were fine ibuprofen for the pain during the day went away by night the 5th day i started waking up nasal page blocked and coughing out the phlegm from the back of my nose/throat area and its neon green sometimes specs of blood. It is now night 10 the right side of my throat is killing and i eased up on the ibuprofen due to it can cause stomach bleeding for excess use i have seen many. No fever and i just started getting a very mild cough today. Don't really want to see a doctor waste of $100 to be told what i have if you have had this and ended up getting a doctor treatment please answer this with what it probably is thanks.
