Is the 'No-Repeal' clause in the Health Care Bill Constitutional?

Not sure but it is definitely not a good faith ethical thing to add...if the dems are able to byp Senate rules to add something like this, I dont see why the republicans cant do the same thing and reverse all of this when they get control
