Just wondering if anyone knows this: How many powers does the Const. vest in the Legislative branch? How many?

I'd have to go back and count on the first two, but no, the Supreme Court said in Marbury v Madison it had the ability to say what was Constitutional (carefully picking as winner the president's side, it having no ability to enforce otherwise), and I like that a lot better than when Bush or Obama simply decide what they want to do is Constitutional, but liked it better when they actually followed the Constitution themselves, as judges.
