Why can't Ping, or anyone else, re-grove my Beryllium irons? Proper ventilation, chemicals?

I have a great set of Pings Eye 2s that I bought a long time ago. Unfortunately, the faces of the clubs are well worn, especially on the wedge and sand wedge. I have contacted a number of places, including Ping here in Scottsdale, and no one will re-groove them. Anyone know where I can send these?
