Would the conservatives and Cameron in Britain?

Have put hundreds of Billions of pounds into a "economic disaster fund" - in the event of a global meltdown in the financial sector...and if not..(lets be honest there is no way on earth they would have) do they have the right to criticise the labour party for not doing the same?
