Can tylenol with codeine cause palpitations?

I just had platic surgery and im in so much pain from it but my doc prescribe tylenol 3 with codeine but i used to have a heart condition called pvcs ( ireegular heartbeat) but i did get a cardiac ablation for it but i still have some pvcs fom time to time. Im just afraid of drinking codeine cuz i heard it can cause palpitations
