Fantasy Football: Which defense should I start?

I have Jacksonvilles defense against Indy this week so I'm looking to pick up another defense. Should I pick up the Redskins defense at home against the Cardinals or the Chiefs defense on the road against the Raiders? With the questions at QB Arizona has I am leaning towards the Redskins.
