I think my doctor may have done something illegal to me?

I'm 22 years old and I went to my first gyno appointment today. He had me put on an awful gown and sit in a funny chair. Then he handcuffed my hands to the chair. When I objected he said "Deal with it you stupid b"tch." He then started the smear and laughed hysterically. He was really really rough. Afterwards he called me a stupid hoe. Was this legal? Can I report him if it wans't?
