Pittsburgh courthouse wedding?

I am having the same problem as you, planning a wedding on a budget. I also looked into the courthouse, got frustrated and stopped b/c the people weren't always the friendliest when trying to find out answers to things you are clueless about. When I called I was told that night court takes care of marriages at the courthouse, and not all night court judges preform marriages so you have to contact them to find out. We then tried planning a pig roast, but the cost slowly kept going up and up, and now we are back to the court house! But if you find out more info on how to get married at the court house let me know, of course I'm gonna try and call again! Sorry I wasn't much help.
